Operational success comes from active management. PCL Hospitality oversees the daily operations which could include setting rate structures, monitoring operating costs and payroll, guest satisfaction, policy and procedure, brand or franchise compliance, training, maintenance, safety and security.
PCL Hospitality will act as a liaison between you – the owner, property and community regarding development, acquisition, and management of your hotel investment. We will serve as a conduit between ownership and operating team in all facets of development and operations.
We also understand, anticipate, and influence consumer behaviour in order to maximize revenue through market trends and yield opportunities. Our focus is selling the right room, to the right guest, for the right price, thereby driving the property’s RevPAR to its full potential.
